At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted because all of our items are custom made to order. If an item arrives damaged from transit, please reach out to us and we will rectify the situation. How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Since all items are made to order we typically take 2-8 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 3-14 business days. Additional factors such as customs, natural disasters and distance may cause further postsal delays. Tracking information is provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive your are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please note, if you provide us with an incorrect address and the package gets sent back to us because the carrier was unable to deliver it, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the reshipment. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays of custom inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
