Return policy
At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted because all of our items are custom made to order. If an item arrives damaged from transit, please reach out to us and we will rectify the situation. If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email info@goodkarmanation.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

Shipping is free for all orders over $99! For orders under $99, shipping rates depend on where your order is being shipped to. You'll see the cost at checkout.

We ship within Canada and the USA!
How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Since all items are made to order we typically take 2-8 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 3-14 business days. Additional factors such as customs, natural disasters and distance may cause further postsal delays. Tracking information is provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive your are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please note, if you provide us with an incorrect address and the package gets sent back to us because the carrier was unable to deliver it, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the reshipment. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays of custom inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Our You Are Loved sweatshirt was designed to wrap you (and whoever you gift it to) in warmth, comfort, and love. Made with super soft cotton-poly blend fleece, in an ash grey color, this cozy staple is perfect for chilly mornings, self-care days, or anytime you need a gentle reminder that you matter.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SLEEVE CUSTOMIZATION : Once you reach checkout, there is a notes section, please add whatever quote, reminder or name that makes it uniquely yours. This will be printed on the right hand sleeve, as seen in the images. Maximum of 35 characters including spaces! Anything more will be cut off. Please note: If you do not want to customize the sleeve reminder, then no need to do anything and the quote in the images will be printed on the sleeve instead (I hope you know how loved you are)
☁️ Relaxed unisex sizing, but feel free to size up for an oversized look. Im 5 foot 3 inches wearing a size M which is my typical size. If you like your sweatshirts on the bigger side then I recommend sizing up 1 size!
